Industrial Solutions, LLC & MI Electrical Solutions are locally owned businesses based in West Michigan. Joe Ricord started both businesses and has built a solid reputation based on exceptional customer service.
Our Story
Joe had always been fascinated by machines and how they work. As a child, he would often take apart his toys just to see how they worked and put them back together again. He knew he wanted to work with machines when he grew up, and after completing his engineering degree, he started working for a large manufacturing company in West Michigan.
Joe quickly realized that there was a need for more specialized industrial solutions in the area. He began to develop his own ideas for how to improve existing machinery and create new technologies that would benefit local manufacturers.
After working on his ideas for a few years, Joe decided to take a leap of faith and start his own business – Industrial Solutions, LLC. He knew that it would be a difficult road ahead, but he was passionate about his work and believed in his ideas.
Joe started small, working out of his garage and using his own savings to fund the business. He began networking with other local manufacturers and sharing his ideas with them. His innovative solutions quickly gained attention, and he was soon able to secure his first clients.
As the business grew, Joe knew he needed to expand. He rented a small office and hired a few employees to help with the workload. He continued to develop new technologies and expand his client base, becoming known throughout the region as a trusted provider of high-quality industrial solutions. He even started an additional business that focuses more on the electrical side of things – MI Electrical Solutions.
Today, Industrial Solutions, LLC and MI Electrical Solutions are both thriving businesses based out of a large facility in West Michigan and a team of skilled engineers and technicians. Joe is proud of what he has accomplished and continues to look for new ways to improve industrial machinery and help manufacturers thrive in an ever-changing market.
